This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and finishing what you start.

I invite YOU—any woman who is ready to challenge herself, build strength, and prove that consistency matters more than perfection. You can modify, break them up throughout the day, or mix it up—just get in 50 push-ups a day, in any way that works for you.

At the end of 30 days, if you complete the challenge, I’ll send you a special gift—a celebration of YOU for dancing through life!

Daily Push-Up Goal
